Authorities are asking for help from the public locating the second suspect in an alleged armed robbery of a barber shop in Utica.

One arrest has been made following the robbery, which occurred at approximately 10:30 Wednesday morning. According to a written release from the Utica Police Department the victims told officers that two men entered the shop on James Street and Seymour Avenue.  The victims say the men threatened them with guns, stole money, and used stun guns on them.

On July 2, 2015 the UPD was able to identify one of the suspects as 21-year-old Taquan Jones of Utica.  He was taken into custody and charged with a felony charge of robbery in the first degree.
