Utica Police Looking To Identify These People

Utica Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a group of people who posted a photo on Facebook posing on the UPD's Armadillo while it was parked on Seymour Avenue.

They're wanted for questioning for damage that was caused to the vehicle.

The photo was posted to Facebook on September 19th and shared by someone with the UPD.  The post also contained an expletive about Utica Police.
