Utica Police Make Arrest In Cathedral Garden Apartments Homicide

Utica Police have made an arrest in the city's latest homicide.

33-year old Jahari Brown of Utica is charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of David Davis of Utica.

Davis was shot and killed at the Cathedral Garden Apartments on Whitesboro Street on October 5th.

Brown was arrested yesterday following a traffic stop.

He's also charged with criminal possession of a weapon.
