Utica Police Make Arrest In Shots Fired Incident

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Utica Police have made an arrest in a "shots fired" incident that happened on March 30th in the area of Elm Street and Addington Place.

20-year old Ako Burrell of Utica is charged with attempted assault and criminal mischief.

Both charges are felonies.

Utica Police have responded to nine "shots fired" calls over the last two weeks.
