Utica Police Officers Graduate From Crisis Intervention Team Training

21 members of the Utica Police Department graduated today from Crisis Intervention Team training conducted at the Oneida Child Advocacy Center

The officers will be part of a team including mental health professionals. Their goal is to intervene in crisis situations involving the mentally ill.
