Utica Police Seek Help In Investigation

Utica, NY (WIBX) – Utica Police are asking for the public’s help as they investigate an incident that happened at the Fastrac on Oneida Street on July 5th.Police want to speak with this man who may be a witness to the incident.
Anyone with information is asked to call the UPD at 223-3508.
