Utica Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man they say is responsible for vandalizing several properties in the downtown Utica area.

The man is accused of breaking off the traffic control arms located at the entrances to the State Office Building parking lot and using them to damage a vehicle parked on Devereux Street.

Police say the man also caused damage to the Resource Center for Independent Living on Columbia Street and the Central New York Veterans Outreach Center on Washington Street.

The Oneida County Courthouse also received damage that's currently being investigated by the Sheriff's Office.
