Utica Post 229 Gets New Commander

Utica, NY (WIBX) – Chris Urban of Holland Patent has been named the new Commander of American Legion Post 229 in Utica.

Urban is a retired Navy commander who piloted ship-based helicopters and taught at the Naval Academy in Annapolis.
