Utica Property Auction Brings In $204,000

The city of Utica's coffers have grown by over $200,000.

Eight properties were sold for a total of $204, 000 at the city's latest real property auction.

City officials say a second auction will be held in mid-September.

It will feature additional properties not available at this time, along with a clearance of city owned lots.
