The City of Utica's property auction held earlier this week generated $349,700 in sales.

$236,000 is direct revenue for the city.  Twenty one properties were auctioned off, including 13 homes and eight lots.

Mayor Robert Palmieri said, “It is great to see so many people investing in Utica.  Marketing and selling city owned land to private investors is advantageous for our community, both in the short and long term.
