The City of Utica's latest property auction generated $465,000 in revenue.

15 properties were sold.

Two of the properties were vacant lots and the rest were homes.

Mayor Robert Palmieri says selling of the properties not only brings in revenue for the city, but also puts property back on the tax rolls.

The auction puts over $747,000 in assessed property value back on the tax rolls, providing an over $1 million positive impact for the city.

All of the money generated from the auction will go to the city's general fund.
