Utica Property Auction Nets Over $209,000

The City of Utica held its latest property auction on Wednesday night.

The auction generated over $209,000 for the city.  In all, eight homes and one lot that were available for auction were sold to the highest bidders.

Mayor Robert Palmieri says anytime they can sell city owned land to private investors, it's advantageous for the City, both in the short and long term.
