The City’s of Utica's property auction held last week generated $334,650 in sales.

$225,400 is direct revenue for the City.

16 properties were auctioned off and sold to the highest bidders.

Mayor Robert Palmieri said, “It is great to see so many people investing in Utica.  Marketing and selling city owned land to private investors is advantageous for our community, both in the short and long term.  I commend and thank City staff for executing yet another successful auction.”
