Utica Public Library Announces Art Contest Winners

Utica, NY (WIBX) - Recently, the Utica Public Library announced the winners of it's "Express Yourself Art Contest" . 55 local residents entered the annual contest and the winners are (left to right):

• Peter Holmes (Best of Show)
• Sandra Spina (Best Concept "Outside-the-Box"),
• Gretchen LaSalle (Best Fantasy Concept - tie)
• Sean Usyk (Best Fantasy Concept - tie)
• Vickie DiNardo (Best Use of Color) 
• Not pictured is Fatime L. Sade' Bloodworth (Best Use of Black & White)
