Utica Rescue Mission Serves Nearly 1,000 Meals

Utica, NY (WIBX) - About 200 volunteers spent part of their Christmas Day at the Rescue Mission of Utica, helping serve Christmas dinner.The Mission served 950 meals on Sunday.

350 were served in the dining room, while 600 meals were delivered throughout the community.

Everyone who came to the Rescue Mission received gifts of mittens, gloves, scarves and packets of M&Ms.

The Mission serves over 130,000 meals to the hungry each year.
