Utica Shooting Victim Not Being Cooperative
Utica Police say the victim of the city's latest shooting in not being cooperative.
22-year old William Brooks was shot Saturday night on the 15000 block of West Street.
Police say they found over a dozen bullet shell casings at the scene.
Stray bullets also struck a home and a motor vehicle.
Anyone with information is asked to call Utica Police at 315-223-3510.
Chief Mark Williams say unless victims and witnesses start cooperating with these investigations, this cycle of violence will continue; and residents will find themselves as prisoners in their own neighborhood or future victims of shootings.
