Utica Teen Facing Sex Crime Charges

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Utica teen is accused of a sex crime. Officials say 17-year-old Jack Carter is accused of having inappropriate sexual contact with a 14-year-old. Utica police say they were called to the 1500 block of Neilson Street to investigate the incident and subsequently charged the suspect with Forcible Touching and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
