Video from the train crash at Union Station on July 21, 2015 in Utica has been released. In the video above the train is seen in the upper middle portion of the video at approximately the :50 second mark.

In the second video the train can be seen making its way down the tracks at the 1:32 mark.

Officials have released video footage of last week's train car crash at Union Station.

The video shows the impact of the train car hitting a stationary antique locomotive and then the building.  It also shows passengers waiting for a train running for cover.

Oneida County Executive Anthony Picente says of continued concern is how it was possible for a 13-year old to set the train in motion. He says many question need to be answered including how did it happen, why did it happen and can it happen again.

Picente says the Federal Railroad Administration and the National Transportation Safety Board owe county government and the taxpayers a better explanation than "proper procedure" was followed.

On Monday, the train cars will be removed and the process of repairing the building will begin. Picente says while they don't have an exact number yet, damage to the building is expected to total over $1 million
