Utica Woman Arrested Following Fraud Investigation

A Utica woman was arrested by New Hartford Police following a two-month investigation into fraudulent credit card purchases.

52-year old Kimberly Salle was charged with one count of grand larceny and six counts of forgery.

The victim had contacted police in August after noticing several unauthorized purchases had been made on their credit card at Macy's in the Sangertown Mall.

Police say Salle and the victim were familiar with each other.
