Utica Woman Arrested For Bad Behavior At County Office Building
Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Utica woman found herself in police custody for allegedly exhibiting some bad behavior at the Oneida County Office Building today. County employees called police after 21-year-old Tiara R. Mitchell, of 1221 Kemble Street, refused to stop cursing at a county worker in the presence of others.
Mitchell even refused the responding officer’s request to stop using profanity and leave the premises and continued causing a scene. As she was being placed under arrest, officials say she continued her tirade by fighting with the officer. She’s being charged with Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct and Trespassing. Mitchell was taken to Oneida County Jail with bail set at $2,500.00.
