Utica Woman Arrested for DWI Following Accident in the City of Rome
A Utica woman is facing DWI charges following an accident in the City of Rome.
According to State Police, Trooper Brett Humphreys responded to the scene of a property damage accident on State Route 49, near State Route 365.
Upon arrival Troopers observed a RAV4 stuck against the guard rail in the center median.
The driver, 42-year-old Salina Stooks, produced a breath sample of point-one-seven percent BAC.
She was subsequently arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. She's due in Rome City Court on July 31st.
