A Utica woman has been arrested following a larceny investigation by New Hartford Police.

43-year old Belinda Marshall allegedly used stolen credit cards to make fraudulent purchases at several different stores in October and November.

The credit cards were reported stolen from a residence in Utica.  Police say that Marshall and the victim knew each other.

Marshall is facing several charges, including forgery, grand larceny and identity theft.
