Utica Woman Charged With DWI Following Fiery Crash

A Utica woman was charged with aggravated DWI following a fiery one-car crash on Route 49 in Floyd.

Police say 41-year old Natacha Bertrand lost control of her vehicle, struck a guide rail and came to rest in the passing lane, where the vehicle caught fire.

When Troopers arrived, the SUV was fully engulfed in flames.

Bertrand was not injured.
