Utica Woman Charged With DWI

New Hartford, NY (WIBX) - A Utica woman was charged with aggravated DWI following an accident in the parking lot of the Easy Mart on Kellogg Road.

New Hartford Police say 42-year old Julie Borgia drove into the building, where the impact broke several glass panes along the side of the building.

Police say Borgia had a blood alcohol level more than two times the legal limit.
