A Utica woman is being charged with making a terrorist threat after apparently getting fed up with Family Court.

34-Year old Letisha Freeman allegedly called an Oneida County social worker in Rome, threatening the worker because she was unhappy with how her case was being handled.

Sheriffs arrested Freeman as she walked into the Oneida County Court House in Utica. She will be arraigned later this morning.
