Utica Woman Charged With Rape

A Utica woman has been arrested following an investigation by the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center.

Kayla Bacon is charged with rape.

Investigators say Bacon allegedly had sexual contact with a child under the age of 16.

She was arraigned in Utica City Court and sent to the Oneida County jail on $2,500 bail.
