Utica Woman Charged With Stabbing Man

A Utica woman is facing charges after allegedly stabbing a man in his Eagle Street home.

Utica Police say 36-year old Jennifer Baylitz went to the man's home looking for money.

They say Baylitz and the victim began to argue and she grabbed a steak knife and stabbed the 58-year old man in the chest. The man was taken to the hospital.

Baylitz with charged with assault, robbery and criminal possession of a weapon.
