Utica Woman Faces New Charges After Fist Fight At City Court

Utica, NY (WIBX) - A Utica woman was arrested twice within 24 hours earlier this year is in trouble again.

Police say Danielle Giruzzi got into a fist fight with another woman, Monifa Wilford, in the lobby of the city's court house.

Bother are charged with disorderly conduct.

Police say Giruzzi was also in possession of a pipe containing cocaine, and faces an additional charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Giruzzi was arrested twice within a 24 hours last month for allegedly stealing for a local grocery store and engaging prostitution.
