Utica Woman Facing Drug Charges

A Utica woman is facing drug charges after a search warrant was executed on Thursday.

Authorities suspected that 34-year old Jennifer Lugo of Elizabeth Street was involved in the distribution of drugs.

At approximately 8:30pm on December 17, 2013 Utica Police allegedly found cocaine and about $638.00 in Lugo's home.

She was arrested and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, and nine counts of misdemeanor possession and four counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.
