Utica Woman Given Different Ride To Jail For Car Theft
Utica, NY (WIBX) - A 53-year-old Utica woman was hauled off to jail yesterday for allegedly stealing a car. Utica police say they pulled Donna Charles over while she was operating a vehicle that was reported stolen. The traffic stop on State Street in Utica earned Charles a different ride … to jail. She’s charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor-Vehicle, a Misdemeanor.
