Utica Woman Surrenders After UPD Issues Warrants
Utica, NY (WIBX) – A Utica woman turned herself into police custody for two outstanding bench warrants. According to Utica Police, 24-year-old Toniese Howard was wanted for allegedly obtaining public assistance by fraud. Howard is also charged with Criminal Mischief. Officials say both warrants were out of Utica City Court and the suspect will answer the charges at a later date. Howard was taken into police custody by members of the U.S. Marshals Regional Fugitive Task Force.
