Utica Youth Arrested After Attempted Pizza Theft

Utica, NY (WIBX) – A Utica youth is facing a petit larceny charge after attempting to steal a pizza.
According to Utica Police, a pizza delivery man was bringing an order to a Wall Street address, when the 16-year-old offender allegedly took the pizza and ran.
The delivery man then chased the suspect, catching him. Both men fell to the ground, but the suspect managed to flee.
He was later found and identified.
