Utica Zoo Kicks Off Its 100th Year

The Utica Zoo turns 100 years old this year.

A number of events are planned to celebrate, including a free Birthday event on July 20th and a golf tournament in August.

Executive Director Andria Health says the zoo will feature an American Teenager Exhibit, July 13th through the 19th.

It will show a contrast of teenagers from 1914 vs. 2014.

Heath says the zoo hosted a similar exhibit in the 1980s.
