Utica’s APAC Expands, Plans To Hire Nearly 200

Utica, NY (WIBX) - APAC Customer Services in Utica is expanding, and is hosting a job fair to recruit new people.

On October 23rd, from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. in Utica City Hall's Common Council Chambers, prospective employees can meet with recruiters to discuss available positions.

Mayor Rob Palmieri says he thanks the company for "its continued faith in the future of Downtown Utica... and for helping to put more of our people to work."

APAC says it plans to hire nearly 200 people for customer service jobs for several brands, along with management and other higher level openings.
