TROY, N.Y. (AP) — A utility truck that plunged into the Hudson River in upstate New York has been pulled out of the water.

Three tow trucks were able to remove the National Grid truck from the water about 6:30 a.m. Wednesday near the federal lock in Troy.

The condition of the driver is unknown.

Authorities and the utility are investigating the accident.
