Utica, NY (WIBX) - The Virginia man accused of causing the fatal Easter Sunday crash has plead guilty to three felonies--Aggravated Vehicular Homicide, Vehicular Assault and Driving While Intoxicated. In April, 46-year-old William Daniels' van struck another vehicle at the intersection of South Street and Webster Avenue, killing Nurko Bakaran and injuring is wife Dula, who was hospitalized with serious injuries. Daniels will be sentenced on September 21st. He's facing 7 to 21 years in state prison.
