Verizon Wireless Customers Reporting Service Outages In CNY

Verizon Wireless customers are reporting service outages all across the U.S. including a large portion of Central New York. Syracuse is reporting mass outages.

The Verizon outage report map shows major problems in Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, and Albany. Syracuse.com is reporting more than 3000 complaints have been filed for Verizon cell phone customers unable to make and receive calls and texts Tuesday. Some iPhone users said they were still able to send and receive iMessages, but texts to Android and other wireless devices were unable to connect.
