Vernon Downs Opens New Event Center [GALLERY]

Vernon, NY (WIBX) -  A ribbon cutting ceremony Thursday at Vernon Downs.

The harness racing track opened their new events center, restaurant and simulcast center. In all, phase one of the project cost nearly $9 million says track owner Jeff Gural.

Gural also presented the Food Bank of CNY with a check from funds raised at a recent concert at Vernon Downs.
