Vernon Man Facing Burglary Charge

A Vernon man is facing charges for allegedly breaking into a home on Barrington Road in Vernon.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office says 34-year old Joshua Mitchell entered an apartment and stole prescription medication.

Mitchell was charged with felony burglary.

He was sent to the Oneida County Jail on $15,000 bail and is scheduled to return to court at a later date.
