Verona Fire Does Not Appear To Be Suspicious

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office says a Sunday morning fire at a house on Senn Road in the Town of Verona does not appear to be suspicious.

Sheriff Rob Maciol says Forensic investigators worked with the Oneida County Cause and Origin Team to determine the cause of the fire.

Maciol says a preliminary investigation could not rule out the fire being electrical in nature, but the cause at this point is undetermined.  He says Sheriff's investigators are awaiting a report from the cause and origin team.

No one was injured in the fire.
