Verona Man Charged With Menacing Neighbor

A Verona man has been arrested following a dispute with his neighbor.

State Police say 52-year old Brian Hinton had a verbal argument with his neighbor about him shooting his BB gun.

Police say during the argument, Hinton allegedly pointed the loaded BB gun at his neighbor

The neighbor told troopers that made him fear for his safety, as well as the safety of his family.

When police first arrived, Hinton would only talk through a window and refused to come out of his house.

He was eventually taken into custody without incident and charged with menacing.
