Video Shows Police Surround Capitol Shooting Suspect, Car Pulling Away [VIDEO]

There have been several videos released of police surrounding the Capitol shooting suspect's vehicle with guns drawn, before the suspect pulls away.

UPDATE: The Associated Press is reporting that DC police has confirmed the suspect is dead after a car chase to the Capitol.
