Stewart's held a grand opening and ribbon cutting for their new store in West Utica this morning.

Spokesperson for Stewart's Maria D'Amelia says Stewart's has an ongoing commitment to giving back to the communities where their stores are located, and they're currently holding their annual fundraiser where they match every cent donated by customers.

D'Amelia said she wants everyone to know that all donated money stays right in the community where it was collected.

She added that Stewart's is proud to be in Utica as she presented a check for two-thousand dollars to Mayor Rob Palmieri and Utica Safe Schools.
