One of the major sponsors behind international soccer is warning the organization behind it to make changes or risk losing the financial backing.

Visa issued a statement calling its disappointment with FIFA "profound" following allegations of corruption made by the United States Justice Department yesterday.

More than a dozen officials with FIFA, not including the group's president Joseph "Sepp" Blatter, were officially charged with financial misconduct yesterday.

Based in Zurich, Switzerland, the Fédération Internationale de Football Association, represents eighteen countries worldwide.  Visa is one of six companies that annually pledge between $24M and $44M to sponsor the event.
