Voss’ BBQ Officially Open For The Season

With the turn of warmer weather comes the turning of other things, like hot dogs, hamburgers and many other delicious summertime favorites on the grill at Voss' Bar-B-Q in Yorkville.

The local eatery has officially opened and as quickly as you can spread the word the lines start to form.

One of our loyal listeners snapped this photo after enjoying some Voss' Bar-B-Q on Monday afternoon.

If I may make a recommendation, it's this:

One hot dog (on a grilled bun) with ketchup and mustard. Then load up with a cheeseburger topped with onion, pickle and some ketchup. Don't forget a side of fries. And, save some some room for their excellent ice cream.
