Was Trump’s Announcement Just A Publicity Stunt?

New York, NY (WIBX) - What was Donald Trump's "bombshell announcement?"

Well, he says it is an offer President Barack Obama cannot refuse.  Others say it amounts to nothing more than a publicity stunt.

Trump, the business mogul and "Celebrity Apprentice" host, is not known for being a big fan of the current administration.  He says he will donate five million dollars to the charity of President Obama's choice if he releases his academic and passport records by 5:00pm on Halloween, October 31, 2012.
