Waterville Man Charged With Burglary

A Waterville man is facing a burglary charge for allegedly breaking into a home in the Town of Paris.

The Oneida County Sheriff''s Office says 27-year old David Cota took an X-Box gaming system.

Cota was taken into custody during  a traffic stop.

Coat was arraigned in Town of Floyd Court and sent to the County Jail on $30,000 bail.
