Carey was traveling with 3 passengers and Trepasso had one; 28-year-old Kristin R. Conway from Liverpool, who's listed in critical condition at Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse. Charges are expected following the conclusion of the police investigation. Trepasso was operating a 2000 Honda Civic and Carey a 2002 Ford Expedition. Troopers were assisted at the accident scene by members of the Oneida County Sheriff's Department and Oneida Nation Police Department.
