Utica, NY (WIBX) - West Utica Concerned Citizens will be reviewing new building plans for areas of West Utica and Cornhill.

The public is invited to view these new building ideas this Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the Holy Trinity School on Lincoln Avenue.

The plans they will be looking at involves 24 existing properties in the area of Noyes, Kemble, Hobart and Gold Streets.

"There are various types of residential properties," Tim Trent, community leader of the West Utica Concerned Citizens said. "They will all be residential properties, but in some cases, they will be townhouse-type with two-family dwelling units."

Fourteen new buildings would be constructed and 38 units of affordable housing for moderate and low income families would be created.
