West Utica Community Meeting on Wednesday

The headline reads "Cut Your Taxes" on the announcement for the next meeting of the West Utica citizens committee.

The meeting will take place on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at the Charter School, Holy Trinity Church campus, located at 1208 Lincoln Avenue in Utica.

The Utica Police Department, Codes Enforcement, and officials from the New York State Department of Transportation will be on hand to answer questions from residents beginning at 7:00pm.

Just before 7:30pm an official with the New York State STAR program will be available to answer questions and help residents register.  Attendees are invited to bring any materials they have received from the state regarding their personal STAR eligibility.

A representative will also be available to discuss developments with 911 in Oneida County and how cellular telephones will be affected by changes in the system.
